Our campsite is the ideal solution to enjoy a charming stay in the heart of La Manche, just a stone’s throw from Utah beach and a few minutes from the Beauguillot nature reserve. Facilities and services offered include a reception open every day, multilingual staff and a restaurant open from April to September. For an additional fee, you can take advantage of a shuttle service to and from the train station.

Our campsite is equipped with a petanque field and a ping pong table at your disposal. For your vacations, we put you in the right conditions! In addition, you will have the pleasure of taking a dip in our heated pool!

Sainte-Mère-Eglise - 13km from the campsite

Sainte Mère-Église is the ideal starting point to discover the D-Day landing beaches and more particularly Utah Beach in Sainte-Marie du Mont. Located about ten kilometers from Carentan, it remains marked by the history of the battle of Normandy and more precisely by the Normandy landings. With Utah Beach, Sainte Mère-Église was one of the two landing zones. Indeed, the Allied forces of the 82nd and 101st Airborne landed around Sainte Mère-Église on June 6, 1944.

Stroll and enjoy the diversity of the landscapes of the regional natural park of the Cotentin and Bessin marshes. Some advice: bring good walking shoes, water and a hat. We keep the espadrilles for the beach activities!

The Pointe du Hoc

Does this name ring a bell? It is a small outpost of the Normandy coast in the Channel Sea, located in Calvados. This small cape was stormed on the morning of June 6 by Colonel Rudder’s Rangers, it is one of the strong points of the German fortifications on the coast. Today, this place evokes what was an artillery battery with its fire direction post, its casemates, its shelters…

Colleville American Cemetery

The American cemetery located in Colleville sur mer overlooks Omaha beach. It is a historical place that we recommend you to visit during your stay in Normandy. There are 9,387 graves of fallen soldiers, the chapel, the memorial and the garden of the missing.

Cité de la mer - Cherbourg

This oceanographic museum is an incredible place! Children and adults alike enjoy this outing in the former Gare Maritime Transatlantique in a magnificent Art Deco building. Between deep-sea diving gear and fish, you will be amazed.
